Nothing is shipped

Ganapathi Dangle is software. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier. Nothing will arrive at your door, and no address is asked for or needed.

When it arrives

Immediately. The download links appear on the page the instant Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. You are not asked to wait for an email before you can use what you bought.

What you receive

All three builds, whichever machine you are on: macOS for Apple silicon, macOS for Intel, and the Windows installer. They are between 127 MB and 207 MB, so a steady connection helps.

How long the links last

Twenty-four hours. After that they stop working, which is deliberate: a link that never expires is a link that can be passed around. Your payment id does not expire, and the recovery page will make fresh links from it at any time, for as long as the product is sold.

If nothing arrives

If you were charged and no links appeared, use the recovery page first: it asks Razorpay directly whether the payment went through, and will hand you the links if it did. If that does not work, write to lokesh.rajendran.threads@gmail.com with your payment id and it will be sorted out within two working days. You will not be asked to pay again.
